Small gym/weight room, but it's hardly ever busy, and they have a good selection, not to mention it's open from 5:00-8:30 (except on Sunday's). Both pools are usually always busy, especially the outside pool. Great lap time hours, I like to use the late afternoon time (7:00-8:00). The staff here is very friendly and nice.

The indoor pool is 25 yards. The outdoor pool is 25 meters. The fitness center includes aerobic and strength-building equipment. Both have six lanes and a one-meter diving board. Accessible for people with disabilities.
