I shipped an item with a registered letter. The item was delivered but the tracking number was not updated at any time. I contacted the post and they told me that due to delays of the virus, some posts do not scan the tracking numbers because they want to save time.
Fast forward a week, and the buyer never got the item. The tracking also says USPS is awaiting the item. I go back to the post office and ask them to track it nothing comes up. The buyer wants the item but has not yet opened an eBay dispute. What are my options and what’s the best way to handle?
