East End Brewing Company is a Pittsburgh brewery. According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, it is a "force in the local beer market." [2] Owner Scott Smith founded the brewery after quitting his job with a consumer products company. [3] The brewery started selling beer in December 2004. [2]
Larder of Pittsburgh is now open! There's a large 2,000 sq ft taproom with 15 taps of Fresh Local Beer and Cider for you to enjoy by the pint and taster flight. We'll also fill Growlers and Crowlers for you, and we keep at least 10 different varieties of beer in cans to go.

Drinking at East End feels like supporting the Penguins or the Steelers. The brewery donates their spent grain to local farms.
