The Eagle Scout Medal is worn by YOUTH members immediately above the top of the left pocket flap of the uniform, either by itself or with other medals. If worn with other medals, the order in which the Eagle Scout Medal is worn with those other medals are up to the individual Eagle Scout.

The only time that the Eagle Scout Award can be worn with a military uniform is when it is being awarded to a Soldier, Sailor, Marine, Airman, or Coastie. Afterwards, it's to be taken off and sent home. It's a military regulation thing and NOT a Scouting thing.
