If you're having trouble receiving an email verification code, please double-check that any email filters are allowing messages from @ea.com and @e.ea.com domains. Additionally, i f you aren’t getting emails with Login Verification codes for EA SPORTS FC™ 24, find a past email from ea@e.ea.com and allow images to be displayed.
After you turn on Login Verification, you can set up multiple methods to get codes. Not getting codes to your email address? Try resending the code. If that doesn’t work, make sure: your inbox isn’t full; you’ve checked the spam folder; you or your service provider haven’t blocked us; you’re logged in to the right EA Account.
6 kwi 2024 · Verification emails might be misdirected to spam folder. Review email settings to confirm you haven’t inadvertently blocked EA or set up rules that divert these emails. Remove any filters that could obstruct the receipt of verification codes.

25 kwi 2023 · Been trying to verify my account for EA. I am not getting the e mails from them. Not for the specific game or to log into my ea account. Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?
4 maj 2024 · I think there are two possibilities that's blocking me from receiving the verification code: My email (old provider which seems to block many other emails too) can't receive anything from EA unless I whitelist all of their email addresses (and I can't find those addresses anywhere).
