Senai-Desaru Expressway, or Lebuhraya Senai-Desaru, is a 77-kilometer expressway in Johor. It carries the expressway code of E22. Completed and opened to the public on 10 June, 2011, it connects Senai, to the west of Johor Bahru, to Desaru, on the east coast of Johor.
