The project is scaled up slightly from his plans to accomodate three rows of DVD’s and a single row of CD’s. The case is a dovetailed box with a mortise and tenon face frame and door. Shelves are set into dados in the sides and the back is formed by ship-lapped boards.
Three wood dowels make up each shelf, which holds either CDs or DVDs. This project will be 57 inches tall, 12.5 inches wide, and 9 inches deep when finished. Full-size images, exploded view diagrams, lumber layouts, and step-by-step directions are all included in this woodworking plan.
