11 lip 2022 · Got my rebuilt injector pump in for my 2640. Engine is still at TDC from when I removed it. Pump slot for the head of the shaft is at around 11 oclock on the pump, and the shaft looks like it would go up in there cleanly.
27 maj 2006 · The Injector Pump on my 3910 has been seeping fuel since I bought the tractor two years ago. It got worse last Summer, to the point I would shut off the fuel when parked. Primarily was leaking from the O-ring that connects the two pump body parts.
31 gru 2015 · Send the pump to centeral fuel injection. They can rebuild the pump and injectors, they do NOT sell parts. They are the best at these old ih pumps but a little pricey.
23 gru 2021 · Once you have removed your old fuel injection pump, here's how to install your new pump and set the timing: 1) Rotate the engine until the #1 piston rises to its highest point. 2) Connect the new pump to all fuel lines, except for the top hard lines that connect to each injector.
3 sty 2006 · I just rework a d239 engine and now it will not run. It will run with starting fluid. I timed the timing gear on the number 6 mark. I can see that the key way in the injector pump is pointed to number 1 on the injector pump gear. What number on the injector pump gear do I use??
