Check the log in the bottom window in MO2. I usually just select manual download on Nexus, set my browser to put downloads in a predefined directory, and then install the mod using the Install from file icon in the menu bar of MO2. It's possible the nxm links aren't associated with MO2.
26 lis 2018 · my problem is, if i download a mod via "mod manager download" and install it, the plugin not appear in the plugin list of Vortex or in the Data Files of skyrim. But if i download it via "manual download" and install it with vortex, the plugin appear in the plugin list of Vortex and Skyrim.
If the mod's enabled but the plugin doesn't appear in the right pane, couple ideas: Right click on the mod, select 'Information', select 'Optional ESPs', and make sure the plugin is listed under 'Available ESPs' and not 'Optional ESPs' (you can move it over with the green arrows).
No mod shows in the plugins folder, it's only the core and DLC plugins there. Looking it up online all the answers seem to be either: a) "Not all mods have a plugin". But this clearly is supposed to have a plugin, but it isn't showing. b) "You need to Manually Deploy them".
15 gru 2016 · Mods not showing up in game could also be an indication that your MO2 files are being blocked by Windows or your antivirus. Please work through any known issues stickied in the comments before reporting your issue.

8 sie 2014 · I downloaded Mods to MO and installed them. When i go to the plugins section some of them do not show up. ( UFO, Convinient horses, some texture mods, Sofia follower, Helgen reborn e.t.c). Mods like frostfall, iHUD, CoT, PureWaters, Skyre or RLO seem to work.
