At this point you can install ONE house lot file. Just click the lot icon (2nd from left on upper right) and install it. If you get a message that the file exists, don't worry about it. Just proceed with the following. Now that all of your items for your custom houses are installed, start your game.

All you need to do is double-click on the .exe file and, unless you want to exclude any particular content, leave all the boxes checked.
