This program was written in C#, but compiled in fast machine code, so nothing needs to be installed for the program. This program is now available on GitHub (click here to open)
I actually didn’t end up needing the save cleaner, but I did find a method - move your save file on to a windows computer, clean it, and put it back on your Mac. It’s not the most elegant but it does the job!
Question/Help. I've tried using Regul Save Cleaner but I can't even open it (opened it in terminal like the instructions suggested got ''zsh: permission denied''). My save is getting pretty big and slow so I think it would be good to finally clean it. Thanks in advance.
Look for a file called -- Sims3LauncherW.exe. If you have a previous version. Fully uninstall it and the EA App if it's used. Then install the repack. -- If you use Origin/EA App for any other games, turn off game updates so the app doesn't try to take over the install.
