Place those .cia files within the [cias] folder of your Micro SD Card, then get back into your 3DS, open FBI, go into [SD], then into [cias], and you will be able to download the games into your 3DS from there (download and delete CIA - something like that), you will see the games wrapped in present boxes in the home screen after that

Simply download the .cia file from the releases page and install it with your favorite .cia Installer, for example FBI. You can also just scan the QR Code from the releases page as well. You can also use the .3ds version for a flashcard or the .3dsx version for *hax.
