But the Duralast be more pricey than Walmart, at $238.00, again just my preference as Wally World here is real poor.

20 sty 2024 · I have a 2016 ram 1500 with electric power steering. 3 Mechanics quoted me at $3000+ to replace the whole rack…. Didn’t do it. Theres a belt inside of the rack, it was snapped in half. None of the mechanics I talked to knew there was a belt inside this thing. The belt is only 50$. Please check your belt before replacing the whole rack ...

Then put your VIN number in and you’ll have every option listed for your truck. Other way is climb underneath and look at the back pumpkin, most trucks have a small metal tag attached to a diff cover bolt.
