26 maj 2016 · My response is in regards to Docker Desktop, the latest as of this answer. You have two ways: Command Line or GUI. Via command line you execute the following command: $ /Applications/Docker.app/Contents/MacOS/Docker --uninstall. The command line should bring up something like this: Docker is running, exiting... Docker uninstalled successfully.
7 cze 2022 · Uninstall Docker Desktop - Go to the 'Troubleshooting' section (bug icon in the the top right corner of the Docker Desktop Window), and uninstall from here. Remove the below files (note that removing these files is destructive, meaning all images, volumes or Docker related files would be deleted, so kindly take note of this point)
4 lip 2023 · To uninstall Docker with Docker Desktop, go to your Applications folder and double-click on Docker. Then, click on the bug icon at the top-right corner of the window to open the Troubleshoot menu. Here, click the Uninstall button at the bottom. Go through the prompts, and let Docker close.
3 cze 2017 · To install Docker is easy. Download the .dmg, open it, drag and drop the Docker app to Applications, then run Docker Desktop for Mac. Unfortunately, it sprawls gunk all over your Mac (see uninstall).
I have tried remove and re-download "Docker Desktop Installer.exe". I deleted all Docker files and folders in c:\Program Files. Uninstalled from "Apps & features" or "Control Panel/Uninstall a program". I also tried to re-install it, but it stated that "Existing installation is up to date".
17 lip 2023 · The easy way: macOS uninstall Docker: Open the app and find Uninstaller from within the left-hand sidebar. Click View All Applications. Locate Docker on the list, select it, and click Uninstall. That's it, you're finished, and Docker is no longer on your Mac.
