To determine the price of spell levels, I came up with a base cost of 30 gp - this would be the cost of a spell scroll for a cantrip (plus some rarity tax and attunement tax, but see Part 1 for information on that).

A lot of the costs on your sheet are significantly lower than what's listed in the PHB, which could lead to some imbalances in game. For example, a warhorse is listed under "Vehicles & Mounts" for 400gp in the PHB, though it's only 7gp to purchase in your list.
