An attack roll represents your attempt to strike your opponent on your turn in a round. When you make an attack roll, you roll a d20 and add your attack bonus. (Other modifiers may also apply to this roll.) If your result equals or beats the target’s Armor Class, you hit and deal damage.
Action Types. An action’s type essentially tells you how long the action takes to perform (within the framework of the 6-second combat round) and how movement is treated. There are six types of actions: standard actions, move actions, full-round actions, free actions, swift actions, and immediate actions.

Your three options are: Get a full-attack after/during another action that moves you, or without using a full-round action. Move without needing a move action. Find good uses for standard actions so that you aren’t hurt so badly when you cannot full-attack.
Shooting or Throwing into a Melee. If you shoot or throw a ranged weapon at a target engaged in melee with a friendly character, you take a –4 penalty on your attack roll. Two characters are engaged in melee if they are enemies of each other and either threatens the other.
21 paź 2009 · Use your lance 2-handed, and get the most out of your strength/power attack bonus's. Also use a colliding lance, for the +5 (which gets multiplied), and the impacting enchantment (3/day make a touch attack with a peircing weapon). Throw on lucky in case you roll a 1, a +5 for the raw damage.
