The Attack skill is meant to be used with a variant rule that uses Primary and Secondary class skills (and cross-class skills) rather than just class and cross-class skills. It's Dexterity based since to hit something, you need fair accuracy.
This line shows all the physical attacks the creature makes when it uses a full-round action to make a full attack. It gives the number of attacks along with the weapon, attack bonus, and form of attack (melee or ranged).
There are several ways to move, and then full-attack anyway. The most common and probably best method is Pounce, a special quality that allows you to make a full-attack at the end of a Charge, instead of only a single attack. Many feline monsters have this feature, for example.
The only movement you can take during a full-round action is a 5-foot step before, during, or after the action. Some full-round actions do not allow you to take a 5-foot step. A 5 ft. step is considered no action and does not provoke an attack of opportunity (see Table: Actions in Combat).

The attack line provides the weapon used (natural or manufactured), attack bonus, and form of attack (melee or ranged). The attack bonus given includes modifications for size and Strength (for melee attacks) or Dexterity (for ranged attacks).
Determine the Attack Bonus progression for the Class and add the corresponding CP value from Table BA6.
