28 kwi 2018 · I solved it by setting my display settings to "Duplicate these displays" and then back to "Extend these displays". The disadvantage is that I had to configure the layout of the displays again and correct the chosen main display again.

26 kwi 2022 · Chrome is now imposing its minimalist display, and there doesn't currently seem a way to force it. To display the page title in another way, you could use the open-source Show Title Tag extension : Shows title in top of the page, since you cant read the title in the small tabs.
