  6. This is a multitasking feature called "Slide Over". Here’s a YouTube video from Apple explaining how it works. To close the window, open the app switcher by swiping up from the bottom of the screen and swipe left to reveal the apps that are currently in Slide Over, like it’s shown in the video.
