8 sie 2012 · I want to disable the CTRL+N function in Word but I have been through the Customise Ribbon commands and the shortcut assigned to FileNew is not visible in the CurrentKeys box so cannot be removed. Although in Word this shortcut still works and I cannot see how to remove it or switch it off.
