1 sie 2022 · Since then it is still possible to 'free arrange' with the old registry fix (as above) on Win10\11 but it reverts to default when you close the Window. And now with Win11 you can't even manually arrange the pinned Start Menu icons with spaces as you could on Win10.

14 paź 2017 · To disable auto--arrange for Desktop shortcuts, right click desktop to choose View, then untick Auto Arrange. Move your icons where you want them, if any row along the edge won't keep icons in place, zoom in or out a bit using Ctrl key + mouse zoom or +/- key until the row will fit comfortably.
