28 sie 2024 · Binding a quilt with the backing is actually a fast and easy method for beginners. Start by cutting the backing fabric 1 inch (2.5cm) larger than your quilt all the way around. For the corners, trim the backing to ⅜" (1cm). Double fold the backing on the straight edges and stitch all the way around.
