Obviously always pick the answer which will raise their affinity, you can literally save/load when presented with choices. My Aoi could reach 70 right now if i don't over-commit to Ryo + Shuuji at the beginning (just prioritize Aoi once or twice then you can keep raising Ryo+Shuuji).
there’s a guide on Steam for the NG+ route where it will tell you all the answers to get 70+ affinity for every character! but beware, as it is focused on the NG+ unlocked route, and will spoil things for you if you try to use it on the first run-through of the game.
