The accelerated 5-Year Physician Assistant program accepts a select number of highly-qualified entering freshmen each fall. To be considered for admission, students must meet the following criteria: Current senior in high school; ACT of 26+ or SAT R 1240+ Cumulative high school GPA of 3.5+ Math and science GPA of 3.5+
Detroit Mercy offers direct admission to a 5-year PA program through the College of Health Professionals. Another option is to complete a rigorous curriculum in Biology, Biochemistry, or Chemistry that prepares you very well for graduate programs in Physician Assistant.
