When I started CrossFit, I was looking for a place to get a great workout and somewhere I would actually want to go back week after week. I found that and so much more at CrossFit Detroit Lakes. The coaches became friends that help push me to achieve much more than I ever felt possible, all while insuring I am doing the workout properly and safely.
