I had this issue with multiple apps/games on Xbox One X. After a ton of troubleshooting and accepting that I might have a bad hard drive, I finally did an Xbox reset (with the option to keep the installed games). Doing this was the only thing that finally fixed my issues. TLDR; recommend an Xbox reset with the option to keep your games to fix.
I picked up destiny 1 at my local eb games today. I've been trying to install it on xbox one but keeps stopping at 48% what can I do to get it to fully download. Are there any fixes that can help and will help it download or do I just return it?
Not a fix but a workaround for cases in which the Xbox still recognizes the game even if it fails to download it: Insert your game disc, but make sure to stop the installation yourself. Browse to the game in the Microsoft Store on your Xbox and choose the edition that you have the disc for.

That's an issue with downloading Music using the Xbox app on a computer or phone. If there's an issues on Xbox One they haven't reported it yet.
