Design thinking is a human centered approach to solving complex problems. The methods that stem from design thinking enable us to better identify and understand our clients’ needs, work collaboratively, and foster adaptable mindsets to help our clients solve their challenges quickly.
The purpose of this work is to provide anyone responsible for initiating and/or leading design thinking processes in an organization with a relatively simple model/framework to increase the chances of success of implementing methodologies based on the work of self-organizing teams.
