Much better than LensCrafters chain and another private optical store in Huntington Beach I won't name here. They have a large selection of frames here, and I picked one out that was handmade in Japan that fit my face perfect with no adjustments needed.
What's great about Costco Optical is the prices are unbeatable anywhere else. It carries brand name eyeglass frames, contacts, and even its own Kirkland brand is quality. Now Kirkland has its own contact lens.
I’ve had great experiences with seeing the optometrist in 2 locations and with ordering contacts. I recently ordered prescription sunglasses and they are not able to featherweight them (thin the lenses for us blind folk) as well as LensCrafters. My sunglasses cost a little more than $300 at Costco. New frames and lenses.
