22 lip 2014 · Keyboard has no num lock key. This is how to turn the number keypad on. Go to PC settings, click on Ease of Access, click on mouse. Under mouse Keys - Make sure, Use Mouse Keys when Num lock is on is set to off. Then your key pad will work.

16 lip 2019 · If the setting is already enabled, try using a USB keyboard connected to the laptop, just to verify that the number lock function is working and that it is not a software problem. If it works when using a USB keyboard then most probably it is a hardware problem with the number lock key itself.
