21 kwi 2012 · There are two "main" things which affect the performance of ram, TIMINGS (latency) and FREQUENCY. Frequency is the total amount of bandwidth which can be transferred. Latency is the timings for the communication (data transfer mainly but there are others) between the IMC and the RAM MODULES.
