18 sie 2021 · These Time Windows are what I like in a speaker. From top to bottom side to side I've found them a marvel. I have an exceptional vinyl copy of Little Feats Waiting for Columbus.

4 mar 2021 · The Time Window 1A steps up to Vifa tweeters, I believe, a worthwhile design improvement in my opinion. (The superb DCM CX-17, 27 and 31 have an excellent Vifa or Visaton tweeter, both modified for DCM with ferrofluid cooling. I own some CX-17s with Visaton tweeters and I love them.)
31 mar 2017 · The Time Window is a great speaker for soundstage. You can put one in the loo and one in the garage and still have a great soundstage to listen to and 'see' when you close your eyes. Their limits are a bit of lower mid bass muddiness when driven hard and full range, DCM did make subs for the early TW, and the highs are not as extended as some ...
26 wrz 2012 · DCM TIme Windows 1A set up. Hi, I've read many threads on DCM Time Windows (I know they won't go away). I recently picked up a pair and i have a question on set up. I read a post that said when you hook up the speakers you should hook up the RIGHT speaker cable from amp to the speaker positioned on LEFT of listening area and vice versa.
15 wrz 2002 · The DCM Time Windows Original and 1a used Philips drivers and they have butyl surrounds for the drivers, not foam. I do not see any need to service those drivers, unless of course one over powers them and frys the voice coils.
