Answer. Please select a category below to see the compatibility options for your printer and / or scanner. For models listed as "Should Work", the existing Windows 10 drivers should work in Windows 11. However, there will be no additional updated drivers for those models.
15 lip 2023 · I have one Canon Image Formula DR-C230 Scanner. When i connected this scanner with my laptop it did not recognise/ detect the scanner. Though the scanner is working perfectly fine in windows10. I installed the required drivers and software from canon website too.
26 paź 2024 · Hi. After update to Win11 24H2 Scan Utility stop worked. I have second instance of Win11 23H2 on the same PC and there is everything OK. I was trying reinstal all drivers and utility - without result. I was disabled firewall and virus protection - without result. Printer is connected via LAN.
It has been reported that a communication error occurs when the scanner is connected via USB in the Windows 11 environment. This issue is considered to be derived from the operating specifications of the OS. Note: The below WIA countermeasures are also applicable to Windows 10 operating systems.
