To work as a new real estate agent in Illinois, you need to submit your application for licensing to the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR). That’s done through a sponsoring broker and finding one should be an important part of your journey.
Community Association Manager licensees are required to complete certain pre-license and continuing education requirements to obtain and maintain licensure with IDFPR. Please see below for links to the relevant application forms.
