28 kwi 2006 · The Dan Wesson Commander Classic Bobtail is an exceptionally good 1911 pistol. The Bobtail makes a world of difference in the feel and controllability of the weapon, at least in my hand. You can also get a Bobtail 1911 pistol directly from Ed Brown for just under 2500 bucks.

7 maj 2015 · Just picked up my first Dan Wesson, the Commander Classic Bobtail. Fit and finish are outstanding as expected. I love the feel of this gun in my hands. I know these aren't slim grips, but something is slightly different from my other 1911s.

3 maj 2008 · The “cbob” as it is termed is a series 70 commander length (4.25” barrel) stainless steel 1911 pistol. It seems to be cloned after the Ed Brown Cobra Carry 1911 as it boasts all Ed Brown parts, Wolff springs exclusively, and no MIM (metal injected molding) parts.
17 cze 2009 · If you are unsure of what all these feature, simply go to the CZ website and pull up the Dan Wesson Classic Bobtail Commander(CBOB) and look. What is unfortunate is that the annual output of all Dan Wesson models is but 3000 for 2009, up from 2500 in 2008.
