29 kwi 2020 · As for things to replace, you'll find a fair number of the stock parts will work quite well with a bit of basic tuning. I have a link in my signature that goes into great detail on my M14 build. Also check out the later pages of my teching thread for M14 stuff scattered in it.
Stay stocked up on ammo with their supply of mid and high-cap magazines to fit a variety of airsoft gun models, including the G36 Series, M14 and MP5 Series. Plus, we stock a number of CYMA external parts and replacement parts for your gun, like barrels, stocks and more.
It uses V7 parts (nozzle, cylinder head, gears, spring guide) which are not the same as the parts used in V2/V3 gearboxes (ARs and AKs). SHS makes V7 gears which are fairly good but they are 18:1 ratio (same as stock) and your not going to find real high speed V7 gears without paying $100+ for some siege gears.
6 lis 2018 · So would it be better for me to get a G&P gearbox for it? Would it fit without issues in the cyma? Looks like it will fit fine, but this is airsoft.... I was planning on building mine out with all Prometheus parts, figured I couldn't go wrong there.
(This same issue exists across all CYMA AK's and MP5's as well.) As for performance, the stock accuracy is honestly absolutely stunning. I know people who made CYMA M14 DMR builds who swap the barrel but leave the stock hop-up rubber and chamber. I ran my CYMA M14 SOCOM with .28s and a 9.6 NiMh battery, and it worked beautifully. I would invest in a LiPo (7.4 to start) with a good charger and high grade bbs to start, then focus on internal work.
