Commonly referred to as a "Cutlery Rivet", these 2-part press-rivets are excellent when used for knife handle fasteners. To use them, drill a through-hole through your handle material for the shaft to pass through, then create a larger stepped hole for the head to recess in.
Designed to fit precisely into counter bored holes and provide a finished appearance on both sides of the cutlery handle. Minimum order quantity is 25,000 pieces of each rivet. Please note: This style of rivet is designed for cutlery assembly as noted.
This Cutlers rivet will fit a knife handle stack (2 scales and tang) that is .48” thick up to .75” thick when countersunk. This is going to cover smaller, thinner knife handles in your kitchen and thinner handle knives like bushcraft, fillet, neck knives, etc.
