The Home Help program is administered by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) and provides personal care services to individuals who need hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and assistance with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs).

The Medical Marijuana Program, as administered by the State of Connecticut, is the authority on registration and enrollment for patients who qualify for medical marijuana treatment. A certified physician must initiate the registration on the patient's behalf.
This program integrates, into a single coordinated delivery system, all physical health care, pharmacy, long-term supports and services and behavioral health care for individuals who are dually eligible for full Medicare and full Medicaid.
