There are alot of settings in, windows, Nvidia Control Panel (and the AMD equivalent) in game and even launch options that people say inprove performance in game. For Example: Low Latency Mode (On or Ultra) in Control Panel along with Max Performance mode. Along with +fps_max 0 , +fps_Max 999, -high, -NoVid and etc in Csgo launch options.
