If you are unable to scan or the scanner is not recognized by the computer, make sure the scanner is switched ON. If the scanner is OFF, turn the scanner ON. The power button lights blue when the power turns ON.
19 paź 2023 · The error that you are getting (Code 5, 156, 69) indicates that the program is unable to communicate with the scanner. While it is possible that there is an issue with the scanner driver, the more likely cause is security software (or a setting) interfering with the communication.
11 mar 2022 · The "Readme" file included explains that it solves a Windows registry inconsistency that can keep the scanner from being recognized by Windows. So far, no further issues for me. Update: It worked for a few days, then I was back to the same old problem.
