Hours of operation. Rural Courts and Traffic Violations Bureau and Fiscal payment counter service hours are: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, except State holidays. Please note that some service requests might take longer to complete, so we recommend you visit us earlier in the day.

Information on the Kapolei Courthouse: The Kapolei Judiciary Complex, home of Family Court of the First Circuit. Getting there: on H-1 freeway from town/Honolulu, Kapolei exit 1E, for Campbell Industrial Park/Kalaeloa, takes you much closer to the Courthouse than the Kapolei “town” exit.
