Covenant Hills Village Clubhouse. Option 1 (May be reserved up to 180 days in advance) Monday – Thursday $275 rental fee with a $750 deposit Friday - Sunday $820 rental fee with a $750 deposit. Event coordination services are available for an additional fee in partnership with Splendid Events. Option 2 (May be reserved up to 365 days in advance)
