1 cze 2022 · The Ohio Division of Real Estate has approved an updated version of the Ohio Real Property Disclosure Form (RPDF) which became effective June 1, 2022. CLICK HERE to access the new form. It is important to note that while the new RPDF went into effect on June 1, the new RPDF will not become mandatory until Jan. 1, 2023.
