18 paź 2021 · Device Manager says the device is working properly and no new driver is available. Reboot has no effect. There is no physical slider or other way the camera is blocked. I don't see any function key indicating that it would toggle the camera. Camera security settings are allow access.
If there are intermittent issues with the camera (video hangs), then check for compatibility issues with the security, anti-virus, or firewall programs. If the video has a grainy appearance, then try increasing the amount of light in the room. Try rebooting (power off and power back on the machine).

20 wrz 2015 · Solution. This issue appears to be a bug with the Lenovo software – where the camera’s “privacy mode” is enabled by default. Solution 1: Check for a lens cover. Look for where your camera is on the laptop – usually this is above the monitor on the frame. Check if it has a lens cover and whether it is closed.
