To apply for a subsidy to help pay for co-op housing, visit MyAccesstoHousingTO. Applicants who can pay the full or “market” housing charges should contact the co-op directly to ask about their application process. A list of co-ops in Toronto is available from Co-operative Housing Federation of Toronto (CHFT).
The Co-operative Housing Federation of Toronto (CHFT) is a co-operative association made up of member housing co-ops and related organizations in the Durham, Toronto and York Regions. CHFT is financed by annual membership dues, fees for services and revenue shared by CHF Canada.
