1 sty 2008 · Filers are expected to use due diligence when filling out and submitting registrations (LD-1), quarterly activity reports (LD-2), and semiannual contribution reports (LD-203). The coverage periods for the semiannual reports are January 1 through June 30, and July 1 through December 31.
