Concept2 Workout of the Day. Each day we offer a workout to help you stay on track with your training. All of these workouts are suitable for either your RowErg, SkiErg or BikeErg. They offer a variety of workout formats that range in duration from 20 - 45 minutes.
The Concept2 Online Logbook is our free web-based training log where you can record your workouts and keep track of your total meters on all Concept2 RowErgs, the SkiErg and BikeErg. You can also enter “on snow” and “on water” workouts as well, so you can have a full training record to help analyze your progress.
