  1. My friend and I were booked (separately) for a Trafalgar tour to Europe, due to start in 4 weeks. She got on the phone and was able to get a full refined for the land costs. I got on the phone and was told that there are no refunds at all, and my only option was to get a credit towards a future trip. Hi Trafalgar!

  2. Poor customer service. We have not commenced our Great European Tour to depart London on 19/5/24 and already have had poor customer service and disappointment. Our travel agent in Australia received an email stating that the hotel in London had changed.

  3. You posted on the Italy and Ireland site so assume your doing a tour in Europe? It appears that Trafalgars cxl policy is based on how long you cxl'd and the fee is the loss of your deposit and some other small fees.

  4. Biggest complaint was the pressure and fast paced walking to keep up with the tour director. It was rush, rush, rush with little to no time to explore, take pictures, etc. There were 52 passengers on the bus and little time to use the restrooms when we stopped, get a refreshment or look around.

  5. Apparently Trafalgar review their itineraries and may make changes on 1 April each year. Beware if you have booked your holiday at an earlier time because they won't notify you nor will they let you seek an alternative holiday.

  6. They won't tell us yet if our September trip is cancelled but no U.S. citizens are allowed into the EU. Very brief answers, nothing in writing, will hold our deposit for another trip (again no details - like does it have to be the same tour, nothing in writing. Suddenly our rep doesn't want to talk....

  7. First Europe trip for a group of seven and trying to decide if we should go with Trafalger through AAA or a different company or to just Airbnb it throughout our desired destinations which are: London , Germany , and Switzerland .
