Dog License. All dogs three months of age and older living in Pennsylvania must be licensed by January 1 of each year. Violators will be cited up to $500 per violation, plus court costs. There are two types of licenses: an annual license and a lifetime license.

Hilton College Station & Conference Center welcomes two dogs up to 50 lbs for an additional fee of $150 per stay. Larger pets may be accepted with prior approval.
All dogs must be licensed when you buy or adopt them (earliest is 8 weeks old) or 3 months of age, whichever comes first, by Jan. 1 of each year. Licenses are issued by the County Treasurer. All dogs must be under control and must not be allowed to run at large.
