Federal Pell Grants are awarded to undergraduates based on financial need and cost of attendance.
The maximum Federal Pell Grant award amount is $7,395 and the minimum is $740 for the 2024–25 award year. Your initial Financial Aid Offer assumes full-time enrollment and will be adjusted if you enroll in less than full-time credit hours using the following Enrollment Intensity Formula:

29 maj 2019 · As a general rule, students with an EFC equal to or less than $5,140 will qualify for a Pell Grant. Any student looking to gain a Pell Grant should work towards calculating their EFC. The only exception to this rule is students who have a combined family income of less than $26,000. These students are determined to have an automatic zero EFC.
