Walk-ins are welcome but, to best serve your needs, contact your preferred Family Welcome Center in advance by email, to schedule an appointment.

New York City families can get help with public school enrollment and admissions at Department of Education (DOE) Family Welcome Centers. Appointments are not required but recommended. Instead, visit your zoned school to register.
